  • 3 bacon slices
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 16 oz. can tomatoes (blend)
  • 1 c. tomato soup
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • pinto beans
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 bay leaf

Directions

    Fry bacon; remove from pan.

    Add chopped onion.

    When onion is cooked, add ground beef and brown.

    Add tomatoes, soup, chili powder, paprika and bay leaf.

    Simmer 1 hour.

    Add beans, salt and bacon crumbs.

    Heat and serve.

    Makes enough for a crowd.
