- 1 c. burger
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 2 1/2 c. cooked red beans
- 1 1/3 c. tomato juice or sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 3 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Cook until brown in 3 tablespoons of butter the burger and onion.

2Add beans and tomato sauce.

3Cook 10 minutes.

4Make a paste of chili powder, flour, salt, soy sauce and water.

5Cook over low heat, stirring frequently.

6Cook 30 to 40 minutes.

7May add a clove of garlic.
