- 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/4 oz. pkg. or 2 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn bread
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Combine chilies and cheese in small bowl.

2In another bowl, prepare corn bread mix with milk and eggs.

3Pour half into greased 8 x 12-inch pan.

4Spread chili cheese mixture evenly over batter. Cover with remaining batter and remove.

5Cut into squares and serve hot.
