Chili Cheese Spread

- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small can diced green chilies
Directions

1Make sure your cheese is at room temperature.

2Heat milk to boiling; pour over cheese in mixer bowl.

3Beat until nearly smooth.

4Add butter and garlic; beat well.

5Stir in green chilies (mixture will be thin).

6Chill.

7Serve as spread for fancy crackers.

8Makes about 1 1/2 cups of spread.
