- 3 to 4 medium firm ripe tomatoes, peeled
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. chopped green chiles
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cut each tomato into 3 large slices.

2Squeeze gently to remove some seeds.

3Combine sour cream, salt, pepper, sugar, flour, green onion and green chili.

4Stir well.

5Spoon over tomato slices. Sprinkle with cheese.

6Just before serving, place in preheated broiler 4-inches from heat.

7Broil until bubbly, about 4 minutes.
