- 6 boneless pork chops (1-1/2 lb.)
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup HEINZ Chili Sauce
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Pork
- 1-1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans, peas)
Directions

1Mix flour and garlic powder in shallow dish.

2Add chops, 1 at a time, turning to evenly coat both sides of each.

3Gently shake off excess flour mixture.

4Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.

5Add chops; cook 5 min.

6on each side or until done (145 degrees F).

7Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.

8Add water to skillet; cook and stir to remove browned bits from bottom of skillet.

9Bring to boil.

10Stir in chili sauce, stuffing mix and vegetables; cover.

11Simmer on low heat 5 min.

12or until heated through.

13Remove from heat.

14Let stand 5 min.

15Fluff with fork.
