- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions

1Saute spinach and garlic in hot oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, 10 to 12 minutes or until thoroughly heated and liquid evaporates. Add breadcrumbs and remaining ingredients, stirring well. Serve immediately.
