  • 2 (10-ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

    Saute spinach and garlic in hot oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, 10 to 12 minutes or until thoroughly heated and liquid evaporates. Add breadcrumbs and remaining ingredients, stirring well. Serve immediately.
