  • 1 lb. Velveeta, grated
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped fresh tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped hot chilies
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. milk

Directions

    Saute green peppers, tomato and chilies in the oil; put aside. Bring milk and flour to a boil, turn heat to low and slowly add the grated cheese until melted.

    Stir in the vegetables.

    Makes 3 to 4 cups.
