- 1 lb. Velveeta, grated
- 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. finely chopped fresh tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped hot chilies
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Saute green peppers, tomato and chilies in the oil; put aside. Bring milk and flour to a boil, turn heat to low and slowly add the grated cheese until melted.

2Stir in the vegetables.

3Makes 3 to 4 cups.
