  • 1 can chili (15 oz., without beans)
  • 6 oz. pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 small green pepper
  • 3/4 small bottle catsup
  • 3 drops Tabasco (optional)

Directions

    Chop up onion and green pepper.

    Then saute onion and green pepper in a small amount of margarine or butter until they are tender.

    Add can of chili and catsup to onion and pepper pan. Stir and heat slowly.

    Stir in grated Cheddar cheese.
  5. 5
    Add Tabasco sauce if desired.
  6. 6
    Serve hot with Fritos.
