- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 3 medium onions, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 can tomato soup
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 6 oz. tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
Directions

1Saute onions and pepper.

2Add ground chuck until done, but not brown.

3Add soup, tomato sauce, tomato paste and chili powder. Simmer 30 minutes.

4Add cheese and cook until cheese is melted. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
