  • 10 corn tortillas (5 or 6 inch)
  • 10 beef franks
  • 1 can (15 or 16 ounces) chili
  • 1 jar (16 ounces) salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 ounces)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Grease rectangular baking dish 13 x 9 x 2 inches.

    Soften tortillas as directed on package.

    Place one frank and three tablespoons chili on each tortilla.

    Roll up tortillas; place seam sides up in baking dish.

    Spoon salsa over tortillas, pressing edges of tortillas together (salsa will keep tortillas from opening).

    Cover and bake 20 minutes.

    Sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake uncovered about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
