  • 10 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 pt. cottage cheese
  • 2 cans green chilies
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 lb. Jack cheese
  • 1/2 c. butter

Directions

    In a bowl, beat the eggs until light and lemon colored. Add flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, Jack cheese (grated) and melted butter. Mix, then stir in chilies. Pour into a buttered 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
