- 10 eggs
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 pt. small curd cottage cheese
- 1 lb. Jack cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
Directions

1Beat eggs with electric mixer until light and lemon colored. Add flour, salt, baking powder, Jack cheese and melted butter; blend smoothly.

2Stir in chilies and cottage cheese.

3Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

5Center appears firm.

6Serve hot.
