- 10 eggs
- 1 pt. creamed cottage cheese
- 1 lb. Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 (4 oz.) can chiles, chopped
- 1 medium jar picante sauce (optional topping)
- 1/2 c. unsifted flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1In a large bowl, beat eggs until light (yellow color).

2Add all ingredients, except chiles.

3Beat until smooth.

4Stir in chiles.

5Pour into buttered 13 x 9-inch pan and bake at 350° for about 35 minutes or until top is brown and center will be firm. Spoon picante sauce on top.

6Makes 10 to 12 servings.
