- 10 eggs
- 1/2 c. flour (unsifted)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 pt. small curd cottage cheese
- 1 lb. Jack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 2 cans diced chilies
Directions

1Beat eggs until light brown and lemon colored.

2Add flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, Jack cheese and melted butter, blending smoothly.

3Stir in chili.

4Pour mixture into well-buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

5Bake in 350° oven for approximately 30 minutes until top is light brown and center firm.
