- 1/2 c. unsifted flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 pt. small curd cottage cheese
- 1 lb. shredded Jack cheese
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 2 (4 oz.) cans diced chilies
Directions

1Beat eggs until light and lemon color; add flour, baking powder, salt, cheese and butter.

2Blend smoothly; stir in chilies. Pour into well greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

3Bake at 350° for 35 minutes, until brown and center is firm.
