  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1 soup can water
