Chili Enchiladas

  • 2 cans chili (without beans)
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 6 large or 12 small flour tortillas
  • grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°.

    In a skillet cook ground beef until brown. Drain off oil.

    Add beans and heat thoroughly.

    Spoon about 1/3 cup of mixture on center of each large tortilla.

    Add some cheese. Roll up.

    Put in baking dish.

    Spoon chili on top.

    Sprinkle with cheese and bake 20 minutes.
