- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 green pepper
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 (16 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 large can drained kidney beans
Directions

1Cook meat until browned.

2Add onion, garlic and green pepper. Cook until tender.

3Add spices, tomatoes, tomato sauce and paste. Simmer about 30 minutes.

4Add drained beans and simmer 5 minutes.
