- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. tomatoes, crushed
- 2 c. kidney beans
- 3 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. tomato juice
- 8 oz. elbow macaroni
Directions

1Brown ground beef, bell pepper and onion in skillet.

2Drain grease off.

3Add tomatoes and beans.

4Combine salt, sugar, pepper, chili sauce and tomato juice.

5Stir into meat mixture.

6Add cooked and drained elbow macaroni and mix well.

7Cook on high until boiling then turn down to simmer for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
