- 4 baked clover-leaf rolls
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 c. sugar, mixed with 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- deep fat (for frying)
Directions

1Separate rolls into sections.

2Mix egg and milk.

3Dip each section of roll into egg mixture.

4Fry in deep fat (as for frying doughnuts).

5Watch closely, turning over.

6Remove and drain on paper towel.

7Toss each kite in cinnamon and sugar.

8Serve hot. Makes 12 servings.
