- 1 can tomato sauce
- 2 to 3 lb. ground meat
- 2 lb. macaroni
- 1/2 onion
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 carrot, finely chopped
- garlic powder, salt, pepper, thyme and oregano to taste
Directions

1Brown ground meat.

2Add finely chopped celery, onion and carrot.

3Drain grease.

4Add canned items.

5Cook 1/2 to 1 hour. Cook macaroni.

6Add to sauce.

7Ready to eat but if allowed to simmer on low for 1 hour, flavor is enhanced.
