- 2 lb. lean hamburger, browned
- 2 c. cooked macaroni
- 1 c. stewed tomatoes
- 2 pkg. dry chili mix
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
Directions

1Brown hamburger; drain.

2In large skillet, add to hamburger, chili mix, pepper and onions; simmer for 5 minutes until onions are transparent.

3Add tomato sauce and stewed tomatoes.

4Simmer for 30 minutes.

5Add macaroni; simmer 10 more minutes.
