Ingredients

  • 1 box 14 oz deluxe macaroni and cheese with cheese sauce
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell peppers
  • 1 can 14.5 oz petite diced tomatoes
  • 1 can 15.5 oz brooks mild or hot chili beans or bushes chili black beans
  • 1 packages 1.25 oz original chili seasoning mix
  • 1 * TOPPINGS *
  • 1 sour cream
  • 1 shredded cheese
  • 1 crushed crackers

Directions

    Prepare shells and cheese according to package directions.

    In a large skillet over medium heat cook and crumble beef add onions and green peppers and cook till beef is no longer pink.

    Drain and then stir in tomatoes, chill seasoning, beans, and prepared mac and cheese.

    Top with sour cream, cheese and crushed crackers if desired and enjoy.
