  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 30 ounces pumpkin pie mix
  • 9 inches frozen pie crust Unbaked

Directions

    In large bowl beat the eggs then stir in the pie mix and milk.

    Pour filling into the pie crust and bake at 425 on a heavy duty cookie sheet for 12min. After 12min reduce oven to 350 and bake for another 50-60min or until done.

    The pie will be fully cooked when you can insert a knife near the center and it comes out clean.
