  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tbsp peanut or canola oil
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp grated or minced fresh ginger
  • 2 cups sugar snap peas
  • 1 mango, pealed, pitted and chopped
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha chili garlic sauce
  • black pepper
  • Brown Rice
