  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 10 ounces condensed tomato soup
  • 1 (14 ounce) can kidney beans, with liquid
  • 12 cup grated carrot
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon beef bouillon powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 14 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa, sifted

    Brown ground beef and onion in non-stick frying pan.

    Drain.

    Turn into large saucepan.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Stir well.

    Simmer covered, for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until carrot is cooked.
