- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 large clove garlic, crushed
- 2 c. raw nuts (your choice)
- coarse salt
Directions

1Heat oven to 250°.

2Put margarine in a shallow baking pan. When it is melted, stir in chili powder and garlic, then stir in nuts.

3Mix well, making sure the nuts are coated.

4Bake for 1 1/2 hours, stirring every 15 minutes.

5Immediately after you take them out, sprinkle generously with the salt.

6Store in an airtight container.

7Will keep for several weeks.
