  • 4 c. corn chips
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Colby or Cheddar cheese
  • 2/3 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (19 oz.) can Wolf Brand chili (or any kind)

Directions

    Layer 2 1/2 cups of corn chips, onion, 1/2 cup cheese and chili in a 1 1/2-quart greased casserole dish.

    Top with remaining chips.

    Bake in preheated oven (375°) for about 25 minutes.

    Top with remaining cheese and continue baking 5 minutes.

    Serves 4 to 5.
