  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, lean
  • 1 medium onions thinly sliced
  • 12 Ounce, corn kernels, canned whole, vacuumpacked can, drained
  • 16 ounces tomatoes canned, peeled, and undrained
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce with cheese
  • 1-2 teaspoons chili powder dried
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 13 cup pimento stuffed green olives sliced
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups tortilla chips or corn chips, coarsely crumbled

Directions

    Crumble meat into a deep, 1 1/2-quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole.

    Add onions and heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 7 minutes or until meat is browned and onions are tender.

    Drain off excess fat.

    Add corn, tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder to taste and salt and pepper.

    Arrange olive slices on top of meat mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
