- 2 scant c. oatmeal
Directions

1Brown beef in a small amount of oil. Add onions and garlic. Cook until soft. Add next 7 ingredients. Simmer for about 2 hours. Add oatmeal. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring often.
