  • Swiss cheese, grated
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Roast peppers until skin peels off easily.

    Make a small slit in sides of peppers.

    Stuff with grated Swiss cheese.

    Beat egg whites until stiff.

    Fold in the yolks.

    Roll peppers in flour. Dip in eggs.
