- 1 small can chili peppers
- 1 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 (5 oz.) can milk
- 1/2 can water
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Mix the eggs and milk.

2Mix the water and flour.

3In an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan, layer chili peppers, then cheese.

4Repeat.

5Combine the egg and flour mixtures and pour it over.

6Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.

7Pull out and top with thin layer of tomato sauce and rebake 5 to 10 minutes.
