- 1 large whole green chile or 3 small cans chiles
- 1 lb. grated Jack cheese
- 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Directions

1In 9 x 13-inch pan, layer half of chiles and half of cheese. Repeat, but save 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese.

2Beat eggs.

3Add flour and milk; beat until blended.

4Pour over chiles and cheese.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

6Spread tomato sauce over top and sprinkle with cheese.

7Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.
