- 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 5 large eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 6 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Stuff chilies with Monterey Jack cheese.

2Sprinkle Cheddar cheese between layers (if necessary).

3Combine milk and eggs. Blend.

4Combine salt, pepper, paprika and flour.

5Add to milk and egg mixture.

6Pour chili mix in a 9 x 13-inch glass pan.

7Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
