  • 1 can whole peeled chili
  • 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 6 Tbsp. flour

Directions

    Stuff chilies with Monterey Jack cheese.

    Sprinkle Cheddar cheese between layers (if necessary).

    Combine milk and eggs. Blend.

    Combine salt, pepper, paprika and flour.

    Add to milk and egg mixture.

    Pour chili mix in a 9 x 13-inch glass pan.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
