  • 3/4 c. grated Jack cheese
  • 3/4 c. grated Longhorn cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 pt. sour cream

Directions

    Layer the chiles in a lightly greased casserole dish.

    Mix the cheeses and layer over the chilies.

    Add another layer of chiles and cheese.

    Beat the eggs and sour cream until well mixed.

    Pour into casserole and sprinkle cheese on top.
