- 3/4 c. grated Longhorn cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1 pt. sour cream
Directions

1Layer the chiles in a lightly greased casserole dish.

2Mix the cheeses and layer over the chilies.

3Add another layer of chiles and cheese.

4Beat the eggs and sour cream until well mixed.

5Pour into casserole and sprinkle cheese on top.

6Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
