  • 1 cup flax seed
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt

    In blender grind almonds and flax seeds until fine.

    Add salt.

    Add water 2 cups first and blend until it is fluffy.

    If it is too sticky add more water.

    Spread on paraflexx and dehydrate for 12-20 hours.

    Flip after 3-4 hours.

    Continue dehydrating until crisp.

    Stores well for 2 weeks-1 month.
