- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup flax seed
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
Directions

1In blender grind almonds and flax seeds until fine.

2Add salt.

3Add water 2 cups first and blend until it is fluffy.

4If it is too sticky add more water.

5Spread on paraflexx and dehydrate for 12-20 hours.

6Flip after 3-4 hours.

7Continue dehydrating until crisp.

8Stores well for 2 weeks-1 month.
