- 1/2 c. melted butter, cooled
- 10 eggs
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 lb. cubed Monterey Jack cheese
- 24 oz. cans chili peppers, drained
- 1 pt. cottage cheese
Directions

1Beat eggs and add all of the rest of the ingredients.

2Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Bake at 400° for 15 minutes, then bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

4Cool and cut into squares for hors d'oeuvres.

5Serves 12 to 18 large pieces or 36 to 48 small size. Serve hot or cold.
