Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. melted butter, cooled
  • 10 eggs
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 lb. cubed Monterey Jack cheese
  • 24 oz. cans chili peppers, drained
  • 1 pt. cottage cheese

Directions

    Beat eggs and add all of the rest of the ingredients.

    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 400° for 15 minutes, then bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

    Cool and cut into squares for hors d'oeuvres.

    Serves 12 to 18 large pieces or 36 to 48 small size. Serve hot or cold.
