- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. milk
- 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 3 (4 oz.) cans green chilies
Directions

1In a medium-size bowl, beat eggs.

2Add flour, salt, milk and cheese.

3Rinse chilies and remove seeds.

4Place chilies in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

5Pour egg mixture over chilies and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
