  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 3 (4 oz.) cans green chilies

Directions

    In a medium-size bowl, beat eggs.

    Add flour, salt, milk and cheese.

    Rinse chilies and remove seeds.

    Place chilies in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

    Pour egg mixture over chilies and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
