  • 2 cans whole green chilies, slit, seeded and opened flat
  • 4 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 jar Ortega green chile salsa or picante sauce

Directions

    Stuff green chilies with Jack cheese and roll up.
