Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3 (4 oz.) cans green chilies
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 6 well beaten eggs
- 3/4 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 1/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 3 tsp. salt
- several dashes Tabasco sauce
Directions

1In skillet, brown ground beef and onions.

2Drain.

3Add salt and pepper.

4Cut green chili in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Place half chili in large baking dish (greased).

5Spread meat mixture over chili; top with shredded cheese.

6Arrange remaining chili over mixture.

7Combine remaining ingredients; beat until smooth.

8Pour over meat-chili mixture.

9Bake at 360° for 45 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.

10Let cool 5 minutes and cut into squares.

11Serves 12 people.
