- 1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies, drained
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
Directions

1Layer cheeses and chilies in a greased 8-inch baking dish, starting and ending with cheese.

2In a bowl, beat the eggs.

3Add milk and flour; pour over cheese.

4Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until set.

5Cut into small squares.

6Serve warm.
