  • 6 servings Minute rice
  • 1 c. chopped green chilies
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
  • butter

Directions

    Prepare rice, then mix green chilies, sour cream and 1/2 pound grated Monterey Jack cheese throughout rice.

    Dot with butter. Cover with another 1/2 pound grated Monterey Jack.

    Cover and bake 20 minutes at 350°.
