  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons oregano
  • 2 tablespoons cumin
  • 2 tablespoons minced onions
  • 3 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 12-2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion salt

    Brown the beef until no longer pink.

    Add in the seasonings & the water.

    Cook, (simmer) for about 30 minutes or until nice and thick.

    Serve on top of hotdogs or even burgers!
