Walnut Dusted Cheese Balls

  • 4 ounces mascarpone cheese
  • 4 ounces gorgonzola
  • 1 tablespoon minced red onion
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 12 cup finely chopped walnuts

Directions

    In a food processor, process marscapone, Gorgonzola, red onion and garlic until well blended.

    Transfer to a cutting board and shape into 4 balls.

    Spread walnuts on a work surface.

    Roll balls until well covered.

    Chill for at least 3 hours.
