- 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1/4 c. chopped carrots
- 1 1/4 c. tomato juice
- 1 (8 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 c. broken uncooked spaghetti
Directions

1In saucepan, brown sausage, onions and carrots until tender. Drain off fat.

2Stir in tomato juice, kidney beans, salt, chili powder and pepper.

3Place uncooked spaghetti in a 1-quart casserole.

4Stir in meat mixture.

5Bake at 375° about 55 to 60 minutes, stirring twice.

6Makes 2 or 3 servings.
