  • 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
  • 1/4 c. chopped onions
  • 1/4 c. chopped carrots
  • 1 1/4 c. tomato juice
  • 1 (8 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 c. broken uncooked spaghetti

Directions

    In saucepan, brown sausage, onions and carrots until tender. Drain off fat.

    Stir in tomato juice, kidney beans, salt, chili powder and pepper.

    Place uncooked spaghetti in a 1-quart casserole.

    Stir in meat mixture.

    Bake at 375° about 55 to 60 minutes, stirring twice.

    Makes 2 or 3 servings.
