  • 2 large cans Brooks chili beans with gravy
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 large can V-8 juice
  • 1 glass water
  • 2 large cans tomatoes, mash before adding
  • 1 can Armour chili (without beans)
  • 1 pkg. French's Chili-O powder

    While cooking the meat

    mixture, start another large pot (8 quarts); add V-8 juice, chili

    tomatoes plus the water in pot. Bring to a boil then reduce to low heat.

    Add the cooked meat mixture to the big

    return to a slow boil. Then turn to simmer

    and add Armour chili and cook another 10 minutes.

    One cup of cooked spaghetti can be added also at the time you add the Armour chili.
