- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion or onion powder
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce with tomato bits
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 5 corn or flour tortillas
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar or Jack cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef; drain.

2Adds salt, chili powder, oregano, onion and tomato sauces.

3Stir; simmer for 10 minutes.

4Layer tortillas, sauce and cheese (ending with sauce and cheese) in a shallow baking dish.

5Bake at 350° for 15 minutes, until cheese is melted.

6Cut into wedges.
