  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion or onion powder
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce with tomato bits
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 5 corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar or Jack cheese

    Brown ground beef; drain.

    Adds salt, chili powder, oregano, onion and tomato sauces.

    Stir; simmer for 10 minutes.

    Layer tortillas, sauce and cheese (ending with sauce and cheese) in a shallow baking dish.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes, until cheese is melted.

    Cut into wedges.
