- 3 cans whole green chilies, drained
- 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Slice chilies longways.

2Put cheese into or on each chili.

3Put in bottom of an 8 x 12-inch baking dish.

4Whisk eggs, milk and flour well and pour over stuffed chilies.

5Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
