  • 3 3/8 cups beans Sliced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
  • 1 teaspoon fresh red chilli chopped finely
  • 1 teaspoon garlic crushed
  • 1 teaspoon fresh coriander chopped
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper

Directions

    Heat the oil in a wok or saucepan.

    Add the beans and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
